In September 2023, Ichiro introduced four signature handle forms: Sakura (桜, cherry blossom), Dragon (龍), Hana (花, flower), and Kawa (川, river).
If offset and crane are functional classifications, these are aesthetic ones. Each ring and grip surface carries its own engraving and finish — details the hand learns over long days at the chair, quietly present without calling attention.
Tools are picked up every day. The way they look matters, and that's worth designing for. All four share the same offset base geometry and the same convex edge as the rest of the Ichiro range.
