In March 2019, the Rose Gold collection joined the Ichiro catalog. Both cutting and thinning models carry the same allergy-neutral rose gold finish.
A single crystal is set into the handle ring on every pair — not only an aesthetic accent but a tactile marker the hand learns to recognize over time.
The blades use 59–60 HRC hardened steel with the same convex edge as the rest of the Ichiro range. Every pair is quality-checked and assembled at our Saitama workshop before it ships.
